Why are no special foundations necessary for the BRUDERER stamping machines?

Answer

Because of the unique BRUDERER mass counterbalancing system no special foundation is necessary. For the calculation of the weights in the mass balancing system we include an average weight of an upper die. In case the weight of the upper die is not what we have calculated, only little pulsating forces are transferred into the special spring dampers but not to the floor.

Question 22

We introduce a new tool concept, which requires a bigger tool opening (shut height). Is it possible to increase the shut height on BRUDERER presses which are already delivered?

Answer

The shut height can be increased by inserting special distance plates between the guide supports and the base plate. This work should be accomplished only by qualified BRUDERER personnel.
