Many of the Indian customers (Multinationals)
have their parent offices in other parts of the globe and hence these MNCs
transfer some of their machines (where spare capacity is available) in India to
meet the increase demand for their products due to cheap labour and outsourcing
facilities.
Some of the customers have also
shown interest in for pre-owned or refurbished presses to keep their initial
investments low and we have seen, of late, we are receiving number enquiries for
such machines. Due to political stability and friendly government policies (reduction
in customs duty), comfortable foreign exchange reserves, we foresee further
growth and good market scenario for BRUDERER presses.
As far as other facilities are
concerned, there is very good infrastructure set up by way of air, land and sea
so also other means of transportation and connectivity. India is also having
excellent communication facilities which are becoming cheaper due to
technological advancement and stiff competition by service providers.
Understanding that China and
India would become the main power house for growth, BRUDERER AG Switzerland
decided to start operations in India and finally set up office in Mumbai in June
2001 under the name of BRUDERER PRESSES INDIA PVT. LTD to cater to the needs of
Indian clientele.
South India is also emerging as
a main capital investment area with many Automobile majors setting up their
manufacturing plants in Chennai. Hence BRUDERER India has also set up a Local
Area Office in Chennai from October 2005 to look after South Zone operations.
We have trained service
personnel to take care of these needs.
BRUDERER India is offering good
customer support to existing customers and also developing new customers to
BRUDERER family.
Indian customers can now count
on BRUDERER India support for their spare parts requirement and also prompt
service by trained service personnel.
Finally, BRUDERER Presses India
is ready to offer the Indian customers a prompt and superior service. |
